The Chocolate Factory is a large assortment of buildings owned by Workspace Group Plc. It is home to all sorts of businesses mainly of the creative variety including UK artist Labyrinth. Triton Court, a 210,00sqft 1900s facade office complex in Finsbury Square is being redeveloped as a new media and office building. Plan-London has been commissioned to produce a full measured survey as part of the design and construction process. We are using 3D scanning, total stations and handheld laser distance measurers to capture the building data.

Now that the building is nearing practical completion having undergone a dramatic transformation by the developers Resolution Properties they instructed Plan London to survey the building to provide warranted areas of the completed spaces.

Plan-London has been commissioned to produce a measured survey for a fine example of a Tudor building in Central London. Staple Inn on High Holborn is a collection of buildings within surrounding a central courtyard and was originally attached to Gray’s Inn.

Yes, Your Majesty
We have completed the survey and production of new lease plans for Her Majesty's theatre on Haymarket in London's west end where The Phantom of the Opera is now in it's 25th year - the Phantom must be getting on a bit...! The last set of floor plans were produced over 70 years ago.
